The production capacity of the three direct sizing machines is over 3’000’000 kg per year.
The sizing machines use the “Fil-a-Fil” method for sizing the yarn from the creel to the primary beam.

The creel is equipped with 1276 positions and each position is able to recover a bobbin with 360mm of diameter.

The beaming machines are equipped with 16 stand positions for primary beams, giving the possibility to produce weaving beams up to 20’400 ends.
