The continuous increase of loom’s performance, demands an always more accurate preparation of sized warps; the “Fil-a-Fil” sizing process remains the best guarantee for finest production.

Sample warps are produced using both twisted and parallel yarns, which are previously sized on single cones, thanks to a patent system. The range of weaving beam length is 14 - 350m and density up to 160 ends per cm.

We also produce warps in different designs using parallel dyed yarns of different nature. With proved experience, PTC works bi-component yarns like: PTT, PBT, T-400 and INGEO.
